Software dev update Eze
Yes because this is my life at the moment, work work work. Which is kind of neat I must say..and which officially makes me a nerd, though I prefer to call it workaholic.
So since I was hired in January, about 50+ people have been hired. The company is going through a growth phase and they are hiring like crazy. I mean every week I see about 5 new faces. Which is great and scary at the same time.
Disadvantages: we are running out of office space and have to take up another floor of the building. Soon we'll have taken over the entire building.
Bathroom traffic: You know that your company is expanding too fast when you have to apply re-try logic to successfully get a bathroom stall.
All the kitchen goodies and free food disappears at a much faster rate now.
Basically, the elements of a small-entrepreneurial company are slowly starting to take a hit and I'm curious to see how management handles this.
It's great to be a part of the transformation and watch as Eze transforms from a small shop of 100 to 350+ and growing...
